Just Peachy Jalapeno Jam
Apricot Habanero Jam

Jalapeno Jelly
Our jelly line started out with the Jalapeno Jelly because we thought it needed more attention since, in our opinion, started the whole hot/sweet thing. Many people make pepper jelly using bell peppers but not Grandma Hoot. The only pepper we use is Jalapeno and we leave the bits of the pepper in there. Fruit goes surprisingly well with Jalapeno so we added peaches to make our Just Peachy Jalapeno Jam. The Apricot Habenero sort of came about by accident. There was a small fruit orchard on the property we bought several years ago which happen to have 2 Apricot trees on them. The first year we had so many Apricots and made so much Apricot jam we ran out of room to store it! We thought a hotter jam might be just the ticket so the Apricot Habenero Jam was born andit is a huge hit.
This is the real deal! Not pepper jelly, but Jalapeno Jelly.
If you've never had it, you won't believe it. It is a jelly so it does have it's share of sugar but then a bite at the end. Most people serve it over cream cheese as an appetizer and it's a huge hit at parties. However, it's also a very good accompaniment with pork and if you like lamb, I think you'll like this with it better than mint jelly.
Peaches and jalapenos make great companions and it's really good. This jelly is slightly tamer than the regular jalapeno jelly because of the peaches.

It is wonderful over cream cheese or as an accompaniment with pork.
This started out as an experiment when we found ourselves with more apricots, off our trees, than we could use. Knowing how our customers love the Habenero BBQ sauce, we wondered how the apricots would mesh with the habernos? We made a batch and sold it at the next Farmer's Market and it went over in a very big way! When we do a craft show or demo almost everyone that taste the jelly, buys it. How about you giving it a try?
Grandma Hoot Jams and Jellies
Huckleberry Habanero Jam
Our newest product takes its roots from our Habanero BBQ sauce but this time in a jam. Like the Apricot Jam this one's got a bit of a kick. Even though it's new we can barely keep it on the shelves!
